An outstanding role for an accomplished Marketing and Event Manager, keen to play an integral part in taking this dynamic company to the next level.
This is a classic marketing role but with an additional focus on the development of the events programme which is a pivotal role to the overall marketing strategy. You will be working closely with the International Marketing Director to develop strategies that will deliver overall marketing objectives.
Having successfully delivered events at both UK and international locations, you will posses a significant event planning and management background, in house and working with external agencies. A solid knowledge of logistics, financial management and event organising for 1000+ participants is essential.
It would be advantageous if you are bi-lingual.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding secretarial and administrative support to your team and fee earners. Your duties will include: organising meetings, typing correspondence and documents, diary management, fielding calls, and liaising with clients. With a positive and pro-active approach to your working life you will enjoy this environment and will quickly feel a valued member of the team. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint are essential in addition to an accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

Our client is seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic Data Entry Administrator to compliment their excellent contact centre team. The successful candidate will be fluent in German as they will be emailing and speaking to clients in German. Responsibilities will include; the entry of client data on to the in-house order processing system, alongside liaising with accounts and ensuring all the documentation is correct for shipping.
In addition to a methodical approach to your work and the ability to follow a process you will possess an excellent knowledge Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
