Working within this HR team your main responsibilities will be focused on payroll and benefits administration. You will be a natural relationship builder and no shrinking violet as you will be dealing with employees from all over the UK.
The role is extremely varied and your duties will include; the administration of monthly payroll, payroll reconciliations; SAYE, pension, GAYE, childcare vouchers, end of year filling procedures and working closely with finance. You will be responsible for updating HR systems, answering day to day admin queries with regards to payroll and benefits as well as other duties requested by your line manager. As the role is so varied you must have experience in HR/finance and working in a busy environment.
Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Excel & Word) is a essential. Certificate in payroll (IPP) or similar qualification would be an advantage. SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
Location: Cambridge
An excellent opportunity for an experienced senior events/congress coordinator to join an existing dynamic congress team. You will have overall responsibility for the event logistics in arranging large international congresses and other meetings. This is a senior role therefore you must have experience in managing event budgets, liaising and negotiating with venues and suppliers, organising catering and audio visual support. You will be coordinating all flights, accommodation and transfers. You will be producing event itineraries, dealing with presentation material and staff schedules. The position involves you travelling to the events as you will be responsible for handling the onsite arrangements ensuring the events run smoothly. An outstanding understanding of Microsoft Office packages is essential.

You main responsibilities will be drafting & negotiating a variety of agreements, (including NDA’s), and answering general legal queries. A good communicator, analytical, well organised motivated & commercially aware – you will be great at what you do and have a sense of fun and enjoy a team environment. A law degree or ILEX qualification is essential, an interest in technology and drafting experience are a benefit.
